All products sold by Luxpeptide are intended exclusively for laboratory research and in-vitro investigation. They are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or recreational use.
By placing an order you affirm that you are a qualified researcher, healthcare professional, or affiliated with an academic, governmental, or commercial laboratory engaged in legitimate scientific research.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of a jurisdiction in which the purchase, possession, and handling of research peptides is lawful. Luxpeptide reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict shipping to any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Luxpeptide currently accepts manual payment methods shown during checkout. Credit and debit card checkout is temporarily unavailable while Luxpeptide completes its replacement payment-processor integration.
Order placement constitutes a reservation, not a completed transaction. Orders are fulfilled only upon receipt and verification of payment. Pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Luxpeptide reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or jurisdictional restrictions.

Orders are typically dispatched shortly after payment verification, Monday through Friday. All shipments depart from the United States in discreet, unmarked packaging. Tracking information is provided by email. Luxpeptide is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit, although we will assist in the resolution of such matters in good faith.
Owing to the nature of the products and their applications in sensitive research environments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product arrives defective or materially differs from its specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and operate our business: name, address, email, and order history. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties except service providers necessary to fulfill your order, such as shipping carriers. Internal traffic statistics are recorded with a privacy-preserving session hash (no IP address or User-Agent retained) and exclude all checkout, payment, and confirmation pages.
