Shipping policy.

How orders are packed, when they leave, and what happens if a carrier loses one. Last revised: August 2026.

1 · Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched shortly after payment is verified, Monday through Friday, and usually within one business day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Payment verification is what sets the clock, not the moment the order was placed. For manual payment methods this means the point at which we have confirmed the funds arrived.

2 · Packaging

All shipments depart from within the United States in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no external indication of the contents or the sender's business.

3 · Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is generated. If you have not received one within two business days of your payment being confirmed, contact us and we will look into it.

4 · Carrier delays, loss, and damage

Once a package is with the carrier its progress is outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.

That said, we will help. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we will open the claim with the carrier ourselves and keep you posted. Where an item arrives damaged, our refund policy covers a replacement or a refund regardless of what the carrier eventually decides.

5 · Addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it before ordering, because we cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched. If you spot an error before dispatch, contact us immediately and we will correct it or cancel the order for a full refund.
