Only what is needed to fulfil your order and run the business: your name, shipping address, email address, and your order history.
This browser also keeps a small on-device copy of completed orders so the My Orders and payment pages can show a reference, items, total, and live status. It does not keep your name or shipping address in that completed browser copy. You can clear it at any time from My Orders; clearing it does not cancel an order or erase records we must retain for fulfilment, tax, or regulatory purposes.
If the order or contact API is temporarily unreachable, the browser may hold the information you submitted in a bounded recovery queue until it can deliver it. The checkout clearly says when an order has not reached our server and must not be paid yet.
To pack and ship your order, to send you a tracking number and receipts, and to answer you if you contact us about an order. That is the whole list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data. Your details are shared only with the service providers required to complete your order, principally the shipping carrier, and only the details they need.
We record internal traffic statistics using a privacy-preserving session hash. No IP address and no browser User-Agent is retained. Checkout, payment, and order confirmation pages are excluded from analytics entirely.
This site loads a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, the Hyros attribution script, and the Queen One marketing tag. They record pages viewed, products viewed, cart contents and completed orders. We load no fingerprinting or session-replay scripts.
We never see or store your card number. Payment details are entered directly with the payment provider and never pass through this website.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep for tax and regulatory purposes. Quote the email address you ordered with.
